We had 3 pies / cakes delivered to Hofheim for our first communion celebration! Everything went perfectly and, as always, tasted very good! We can only recommend the 'Cafe First Cream'!

High quality ingredients processed into excellent cakes. There is really only the agony of choice. But you can choose with confidence, you are always right :) Always there.

Have mixed experiences here. The speed of the condition of coffee and cake was positive. Cake was delicious and would recommend it. Furthermore, the breakfast was also very tasty. The cappucino, however, was absolutely average and would not come back only because of that. However, what was noticed negatively was the speed of the service at breakfast. I can understand that the shop was full but 25 minutes for an egg dish with vegetables is not possible. In summary, if someone only wants cake and coffee, I can recommend the shop but only for breakfast if time is of no importance to you.

It's fine to have coffee or eat some cakes on rainy or cold days. Scarce but friendly staff. The quality of the cakes has decreased slightly but they are still nice.

Nice cafe with a cozy atmosphere in the center of Oberursel, quietly located in a side street. We arrived for tea and cake only one hour before closing. There was still enough choice of pies and sweet little things. We had pear Helene cake and cheesecake with cherries and sprinkles. Both were very fresh, delicious and above all not too sweet! This is a major criterion for us for a cake that it is not sugar-coated. We were served friendly. We'll be back, next time for breakfast. If you do not know the Café first cream, you should definitely try it.

After 25 minutes, got up again, because until then, no one has served us. Other customers, although they came later, have received preference (coffee and cake). Did you have a bad day? Or was it because we had a child? One does not know.

Amazing cakes that are freshly baked on site, with very reasonably priced coffees and a warm, welcoming interior. If you're in Oberursel, make sure you visit Cafe Erste Sahne! (Btw, English translation: Cream of the Crop 😊)
